We also work to support conservation initiatives that protect critical water resources, restore forests, and safeguard oceans and coastal ecosystems, especially in regions most vulnerable to climate change. At a time when many global conferences and institutions struggle to move beyond declarations, being sincere and serious about the environment is no longer optional—it is the need of the hour.
Within the game itself, we promote sustainable golf: responsible water use, native landscaping, biodiversity corridors and reduced chemical inputs. Our events are designed to be eco-friendly, with low-waste practices, greener logistics and clear accounting of their environmental footprint. Above all, we seek to ensure that every engagement we host leaves behind not just good memories, but measurable gains for the planet.

We seek to create opportunity by directing resources towards educating the underprivileged and supporting talent through targeted scholarships. Our focus is on young people who have the ability and ambition, but not the means, to pursue quality education and leadership pathways.
We channel support into scholarships, leadership fellowships, and skills programmes that open doors to universities, professional training and global exposure. By connecting elite networks to high-potential youth, we believe we can help shape a new generation of globally minded, locally rooted leaders who will, in turn, uplift their communities and countries.
Empowering People & Communities
At The Ambassadors Fairway, empowerment means turning access and influence into real opportunities for those who keep the game – and society – moving. We invest in skill development and entrepreneurship grants, helping individuals with talent but limited means to start businesses, upskill, and secure dignified livelihoods.
We extend focused support to caddies, golf staff and surrounding local communities, recognising their often-invisible contribution and opening pathways in education, healthcare and financial resilience. Through women’s leadership and inclusion initiatives, we back women as decision-makers, professionals and entrepreneurs, not just as recipients of charity.
