Who We Are
FOUNDER'S VISION & LEADERSHIPFrom an early age, Mr. Nikhil Gadia felt a deep responsibility to contribute meaningfully to global society. As he began playing golf with Ambassadors, leaders, and accomplished individuals from around the world, he noticed something powerful: on the fairways, formal titles faded and honest, solution‑driven conversations emerged. In those informal walks between shots, discussions about policy, business, and human need often turned into concrete ideas for cooperation and impact. Mr Gadia realised that this unique environment of trust could be harnessed for a larger purpose. With a passionate and unwavering belief in the good that people can do together, he set out to turn his personal network into a platform for change. Through this, he hopes to transform the quiet power of shared rounds of golf into visible, lasting contributions for communities across the globe.
A Changing World & The Need for Action
There is a growing feeling, almost everywhere you go, that the world is changing faster than our ability to care for it. Forests are thinning, water is shrinking, cities are swelling, and yet too many children still sit in classrooms without books—or outside classrooms without a chance to enter. We talk about solutions in grand conferences, but too often the people who can act most decisively never truly meet as human beings, only as titles across a table.

The Ambassadors Fairway was born from a simple question: what if we could bring these people together differently? What if ambassadors, ministers, CEOs, investors and sportsmen could walk the same fairway, share the same quiet, and talk not just about deals, but about destinies? On the course, power softens into personality; trust is built shot by shot. We want to capture that trust and turn it outward—towards Environment, Education and Empowerment.

The Ambassadors’ Fairway Foundation was not created to simply take its place in history, but to help write a new kind of history—one where relationships on the fairway translate into responsibility off the course. We believe that quiet, informal conversations between ambassadors, leaders and sportsmen are only the beginning. Our true purpose is to build a global team committed to the e3 vision—Environment, Education and Empowerment—and to turn that shared intent into a living legacy of projects, partnerships and people whose lives are changed for the better.
